Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
At Integrity Peptides, product quality, safety, and customer satisfaction are our highest priorities. Every order is carefully inspected and shipped in tamper-evident packaging to ensure integrity upon delivery.
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we maintain strict handling and quality control standards.
Returns
Returns are limited to the following circumstances:
• Shipping damage reported upon delivery
• Verified product defects
• Unopened products in original, sealed condition
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
If a return is approved, the product must remain unopened and in its original tamper-evident packaging.
For quality control and chain-of-custody integrity, returned products are securely disposed of and never reintroduced into inventory.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to shipping damage or a verified defect.
A return address will be provided upon approval of the request.
Refunds
Refunds or replacements may be issued in the following situations:
• Non-delivery or lost packages confirmed after carrier investigation
• Shipping damage supported by photographic evidence
• Verified product defect
• Approved return of unopened product
Refunds are processed once the issue has been reviewed and verified. For approved physical returns, refunds are issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.
All refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness while maintaining strict quality standards.
